Greenbrier Apartments

I loved living at Greenbrier the staff was very friendly and so helpful with all the tenants. They even went over and above what is expected of a manager and staff. They were especially attentive to the elderly tenants with extras they needed. Could have not asked for a better community to live (it was like living with family but not in the same house). Any problems that arose were taken care of immediately and efficiently. My experience while living there was a great one and I hated to leave all of my friends. The management has changed since 2002 in previous bad post. I spoke with the present manager and she was not there in 2002 and came to work in 2005. Christi C must have had a previous manager. The present manager is one of the best and most helpful. more

I would like to respond to the one and only negative Review about Greenbrier apartments, I have lived there 20+ years and moved away for a short period of time and I am very glad they had a unit available for me to return .I would not want to live anywhere else.greenbrier has a wonderful Mgr.if I have an issue my needs have been taken care of. Greenbrier is a very quite and peaceful place to Live!!! I would give Greenbrier and it's staff a 5 star rating! more

I rented an apartment with Greenbrier Apartments from 2000-2002. The management at that time was very rude and I found myself unable to get along with them. We once were locked out of our apartment after hours because our lock in our door broke. We had our key in hand. The landlords tried to tell us that we would have to pay for a locksmith in order to gain entrance to our apartment as it detailed in our lease. Our lease said that if we were locked out we would have to but we weren't locked out, we had the key in our hand. It was their faulty lock that was the problem. We ended up having to call my grandfather to come and help us gain access to our apartment. The landlords then replaced our door knob. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I warn all of my family and friends not to rent from this establishment. more
