Very honest and Efficient 6/14/2017

I was very impressed with their honesty and customer service. Had an issue while changing a flat tire and took the vehicle in to have it safety checked for a rubbing and rattling sound. They inspected it while I was at work and called to tell me that I bent the backplate. They easily straightened it out and charged me for that service. Which was a very, very minimal charge. They could have easily told me that they needed to replace the drum, brakes, etc... they fixed the issue with a pair of pliers and that was that. I just moved to the area and will be taking m vehicle there in the future for certain. more

2001 Camry 3/3/2017

Have used them since the warrantee ran out, a quarter million miles ago. Now have 316,150 miles and no qualms about driving from Denver to New York or California. Service has been great and very cordially given. Highly recommend~ more

Excellent service 1/19/2017

We have taken our vehicles to Mark and Todd for several years now. Responsive, thorough, and competent is the consistent outcome. Today was no exception... brought the Toyo Highlander in for repair of the rear wiper, oil change and break light bulbs... found the problem, fixed the problem, and had us back in the car when promised. Cleanest, most orderly shop in town and good guys to work with. Thanks Todd! more

Green Mountain Auto World Superior Service 11/21/2016

I have been using GM Auto World for 20 years for all of my vehicles. There is a reason they have been in business since 1974, that is because they not only care about their work, they also care about their customers. All I want is someone like Todd and Mark and their staff that I trust to take care of my vehicles like it is their own, and that is what I get from them. Sometimes the price is not the lowest on the block, but I am willing to pay more for their expertise, quality work, trust and honesty. more

Mark, Todd, Brian, Kendra and earlier members of the Team have given my vehicles TLC for many years while treating me, the customer, with grace and courtesy. They have proven to be honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, dependable and responsible. We have been going here for over the last 25 yrs. They are one of the few family owned business left. I have spoke with Todd and his father the most, but any one there has always been great. They have always called and told us upfront what the problem was and the price before they ever did anything with the vehicle. We have always been pleased and will continue to use them in the future. more

Honest and Fair 9/21/2016

All the guys at Green Mountain Auto World have been fantastic! They are friendly and they have been very helpful in explaining what work needs to be done and they don't over charge for their services. My car is as good as new! This has become mine and my family's Auto shop. This is where we all take our vehicles. They have never let us down. more
