I can agree with many of you guys. I have seen the rent go up for the past three plus years. I feel it is over priced. Looking to move out in April of 2014. Happy I didn't buy this rental. The management is slacking, their has been robberies in the neighborhood, but they aren't following through. I knew eventually people will see this area as a target. Moving out of Lehigh Township completely. more

The park is beautiful with old growth trees. However since 2013 there has been an increase in crime including vandalism, theft, neighbor harassment and car robbery. The management adamantly refuses to get involved and says police business is not part of ""managing"" the park. So if you are considering moving in, add into your budget the price of ADT Security cameras, a camera in your car, and lighting around your house. This is what I have had to do to. I hope this help you have a realistic view of moving here. more

security sucks 7/7/2011

the security sucks to in this place lamp posts are supposed to be on all night long but it seams some people like to wire a switch into the wiring so the photo cell does not work also like i said before you need a number one credit to move into this place this is why there are so many homes for sale in this place because in this economy not many people have a number one credit but that does not matter to them because even if you move out you still need to pay the lot rent so they do not lose nothing greet way to make money kinda like A CASH COW THEY DO NOT LOSE DO NOT MOVE HERE more

Expensive and Overpriced 1/6/2011

Green Acres is one of the most expensive mobile home parks in Eastern PA. I'm a former resident and the lot rent goes up year after year. The rent is now over $600+ per month for a mobile home. The management is not to be trusted. They have taken many people to court for past due rents. Heck, they'll take a resident to court even for past due of $12. Yes, they wanted to take a neighbor of mine to court over $12. The community newsletter has threatening overtones. Not only that, the management creates stupid rules. They actually made a rule that if you have a visitor and they go thru a stop sign, management will hold you accountable for it, even thought you had nothing to with it. This mobile home park compares their park to townhouses, single family homes, the industrial parks, etc. The rent is high because they are comparing the park to townhouses and other real estate. You can't compare a mobile home park to a townhouse because they are two different real estates. Another problem with Green Acres is that they have low water pressure issues so many times and you have to boil your water many times. Trying to get Green Acres to do anything is like pulling teeth. They want you to work with them but they don't want to work with you. When it comes to the rent, if your having problems paying it, they don't want to hear it. They don't want to work with their residents, they take the residents to court so many times, it's pathetic. Take it from me, stay away from this park. The are greedy and they are a rip-off. They are charging you 2-3x what a mobile home park should be. There are other mobile home parks in the area who only charge you between $200-$400 per month. more

Very expensive to live there. 6/8/2010

The rent keeps going higher year after year and services are not followed through on a timely manner. There have been at least 4 different managers throughout the past decade. Every one makes promises, but don't follow through. Every community newsletter has threatening overtones . The rising rents have driven a lot of people out of the community making it near impossible to sell their homes. Community is plagued with low water pressure issues and abnormal power blinks or outages. If you want to live in the area, be sure to check out the surrounding mobile home parks with much less land rental fees. Pros: Located near shopping, etc Cons: High land rent, poor management more

Overpriced 6/8/2010

Green acres does not provide services in a timely manner, if at all. Getting them to do what they say they will do in lease is like pulling teeth. You have to constantly threaten to put your rent money in escrow account to get them to do anything. Pros: Quiet place to live Cons: Do not provide services as stated in lease more
