horrible landlord 8/20/2016

This landlord preys on students. You will not get your security deposit back, no matter what- he will make up thousands of dollars of charges and will do anything to mae money off of renters. Avoid this guy at all costs. He does not respnd or fix untis seems like a nice guy when he is tring to rent to you but all that changes when you move out even when the place is left clean. Do NOt RENT from him more

Housing near the Center of It all 11/29/2005

There are a lot of housing location in Kent Ohio near Kent State University and near North East Medical College but I have come to really appreciate Mike Friess of Rent-In-Kent. com. What an effort it is to keep up with housing these day but for some reason Mike offers clean and comfortable housing that is just a bus ride from the campus or the College of Medicine. If you are a student and need housing before you go anywhere else check out www.rent-in-kent.com more
