Great Escape Spa & Art Shop

I was looking for something different for my daughter's 11th birthday so I contacted Stacey and she offered several different exciting options to make my daughter's day special. The girls created a unique bracelet to keep (real jewelry not cheap beads!) and had mani/pedi's done. The girls loved the beautiful loft area and felt the whole experience to be both exciting and relaxing at same time. \r \r My cousin and I treated ourselves to a girls night out that included massages at the Great Escape Spa. Stacey has a beautiful shop/spa, soon to be added salon. She is an awesome masseuse. I have had massages from many different therapists all over the region and she by far has been the best one I have experienced. I have had several of her traditional deep tissue massages as well as her thai massage, which I loved. I have a lot of shoulder pain and she always takes it away with her magic hands. Her ALWAYS positive attitude and energy always flows into you when you are around her. Her spa/shop is the same way. It is inviting and artistically inspiring. She is always thinking of creative ways to improve the well-being of others with the services she offers to her clients. The shop is full of great items to treat yourself and others in addition to her spa services. It is in a very peaceful & quiet location for the serenity that you are looking for whether it is for and hour or more. The hours are by appointment, which for me is great because she works with your schedule to meet your needs. If you are looking for a retreat as a group, party place for girls night ""in/out"", or just a relaxing mini-getaway for yourself, Great Escape Spa is the place to go. I am currently in school to become a massage therapist. Stacey allows me to come in and rejuvenate myself so I can 'see the big picture' to keep me going in school. Her artwork is absolutely beautiful and I have had the pleasure of one of her massages and it was awesome!! All of my passions in life is rolled into one Great Escape! Anastasia (the owner) is one of a kind and you will not be dissatisfied if you go! As soon as you walk into the Great Escape and are greeted with the unique, fresh ambiance of the Great Escape, you won't know what to look at first...SO MANY artistic paintings, jewelry, handmade soaps etc to browse. I especially love the colorful glass wall hangings...I personally have not tried the spa but I have peeked in the rooms where they are done and it looks serene and very clean! One of my friends has gone to Anastasia for her back pain and says she's the best she's ever had...and she's been to many spas...hope this helps!
