I have purchased many automobiles, the last five from Graue Inc. The staff, owners, salespeople and service techs are PROFESSIONAL, KIND, COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. Purchasing an auto from Graue's is an experience, not just a transaction. My family members travel long distances to buy from Graues as they know they will get the best deal and service, they keep coming back when its time to upgrade. Do business with these folks, you will be happy and impressed! more

Not good 5/12/2012

My family, friends and I have bought many vehicles from this dealership and was treated well by the manager John. Today I had a horrible experience with the owner that will keep me away from this place for good. He was very rude and very unprofessional. I live 50 miles away so it doesn't bother me at all to start buying closer to home. My friend and myself are both in the market for $55,000 diesel pickups that would have been bought here until today's incident. This owner will never see any of my money again, because I figure if the owner doesn't care about the customers then who does? I feel he set a bad example for the whole company. GOODBYE GRAUE! more

Great Dealership 1/21/2011

I've bought several vehicles from Graue and have always been happy with the deal and the friendly sales staff. No high pressure there. Service at their Service Department has always been a pleasant experience, the staff kept me informed of all my options before the service was done. I've not had any problems or complaints. more

SERVICE WRITERS UNDEREDUCATED,NEED TRAINED {OR REPLACED} SERVICE TECHS NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL NO EXPERIENCE HERE AT ALL DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND CAUSED MORE HARM THAN WHAT IT CAME IN FOR ESTIMATE WAS OVER BLUE BOOK OF CAR, TOOK IT TO PRIVATE SHOP WA REPAIRED PROPERLY FOR A VERY SMALL AMOUNT.. Great Service 11/2/2005

We always service our vehicles at Graue. We have always been treated fairly and shown options prior to service. We have always been provided with a loaner car when we have requested it, with no problems. The garage is clean and there is a nice waiting area for short term repairs, service we have received has been great! The business is located on Kickapoo street which makes it simple to get to. Parking is quite easy since it is located on the sale lot for new cars, so never a problem locating a spot. more
