Grass Man Landscape Inc

Unfortunately, I had the same bad experience with Grass Man as some of the others below, but for a different reason. The wood that they delivered - it was supposed to be seasoned and dry (I even tarped it on the day they delivered it) - nearly put my fire out when I dropped two logs on. I took Brandon at his word when he said the wood was seasoned and ready to burn. Not quite! Now I'm stuck with a cord of wood that I can't even use this year and have to go buy more. It's a shame that when you're trying to make a sale, emails get returned within minutes, but when someone calls you on your scam, you don't get any response. Fortunately, I paid using paypal, so I've disputed it there. I think I'm being pretty reasonable- all I've asked for is a PORTION of my money back so I can go buy some wood that I can burn this year or simply to deliver a quarter cord of seasoned dry wood that I can use this year. Who knows how that will turn out, but at the end of the day, I know that I am right, and I will NEVER deal with Grass Man again. I just wish that I had the foresight to check out their reviews here or with the Better Business Bureau (my complaint there will be added to the list soon!!!) before dealing with them. STAY AWAY!!! more

He took my money and gave me less then half of what I paid for more

This guys claims he charges 150 a cord of wood. So we gave him 300 and ordered 2 cords. A cord of wood is 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide by 8 feet long or 128 cubic feet. He gave us less then 1 cord of wood and never returned to bring us more. When I called to complain about the missing wood he said that what he gave us was 2 cords. I explained to him that I went out and measured it and he was mistaken and he hung up in my face. He has refused to return my calls or give me my money back. This man is a thief and a liar. Don't order wood from this tool! more
