There really isn't much here besides an over-rated waffle house/bakery, phone stores, jewelry shops, and pho restaurants. Unlike other Asian malls, where you can stroll for hours, I got bored of this place in less than ten minutes. There isn't much in the way of people-watching either. The only thing that makes it cool is that it is built entirely under the frame of a former Price Club, and you have no way of knowing that once inside.
