If you come in with no project in mind, there are many examples on display throughout the store to inspire you. There are also many books and patterns to enjoy. For only $5 you can come to one of three weekly open knitting sessions and get help and instruction from Ann or Mildred.
The friendly, warm atmosphere and lots of comfy sofas and chairs makes it a great place to sit and knit.
The classes and contests and laughter and good times make this my all-time favorite yarn store.
