I am a 60 year old grandmother who never had any dealings with the legal system. An accusation was made against me for sexual misconduct against a minor. My father who is elderly, frail, and suffering from mild Alzheimer Dementia needed a lawyer. When I was 17 i found myself with four felonys. This is when i first came into contact with the number one defense attorny in the state of michigan Mr.Grabel. He got me H.Y.T.A probation status which, after i completed the probation i would have a clean record. I cought a new case 2 months after i got the probation, in turn i violated the probation that he got me. the judge put me on a gps tether. after about a month and a half on the tether i decided that it would be a good idea to just cut it off and go on the run. so i ran for about a month and then Mr.Grabel talked me into turning myself in. i did what he advised and, he talked the judge into just allowing me to put my tether back on. in july of 2009 i dropped dirty and violated probation again. the judge decided to give me 6 months in the HYTA prison. which didnt compare to how much time i could of gotten. when i got out i still had my hyta probaion and was still fighting my new case. in june of 2010 Mr.Grabel talked the judge into giving me a second HYTA probation while i was still on it in another county. If i had any other lawyer i would have atleast 10 years in prison no doubt. Mr.Grabel is a miricle lawyer that saved my life completely.
