After visiting several competitors to get my vehicle checked out I tried this on as a last resort. The master tech immediately discovered my issue..A vacuum line was leaking!! So after the others trying to sell me tune ups or something called an "IAK". Sorry if that is not spelled right. I was glad to see someone who actually solved the problem. They were very helpful. Definately will return when I need help with my car. more

Getting an infant out for something as menial as an oil change is a task in itself. I kept putting it off until it seemed as though I could no longer. I found a coupon in a mailer for a $14.99 oil change at any Goodyear and decided to give them a try. I was greeted promptly by a very curteous associate, showed him my coupon, and explained what I wanted. He offered to upgrade the package oil change I was receiving, still being able to receive $10 off my service. I agreed and was told it would be about an hour and a half for the job to be completed. This seemed a bit excessive a wait to me on a Monday morning. The store offered a seating area with MANY magazines, a television, free coffee, and Coca-Cola vending machines. I settled in and read a magazine until a friendly associate started chatting with me. In much less than an hour and a half, my car was finished being serviced and I was ready to go. more
