Awesome Chiro Care! Good Vibrations has been one of the cornerstones in the foundation of the transformation that my body & life has undergone this year. I am more aware of my body, its signals to me, and more in tune with what works and what doesn’t in keeping me free of the cronic lower back pain I had. Dr. Joe and Dr. Stacey both show me a deep respect and care that sets the bar high in chiropractic care. Good Vibrations is the BEST in San Diego and the hugs alone will keep me returning for years. Dr. Joe Merlo is the best Chiropractor in San Diego. We searched for chiropractors all over San Diego and Dr. Merlo gave me the best adjustments. I have recieved Chiropractic for many years and the are the best. more

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful Chiropractic Family. Dr. Joe radiates health and love. I learn something new everytime I walk into the office. Dr Joe is always challenging his patients to become more aware of what is needed for optimal health. He always wants to get you thinking. His adjustments are the most gentle I have ever experienced. Thank you so much for keeping my power turned on. Recipe for Health! After trying another Doctor of Chiropractic in San Diego who was not a good match, I found Dr. Joe Merlo at Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic. The place is friendly and comfortable, and not only did I get used to having another table in the room, but now enjoy the idea of having a shared experience. I also know that I can have a room for myself when I ask for it. Dr. Joe takes stock of where your body is at and takes the time to help you breathe and let the relaxing begin. He then carefully and thoroughly clears the subluxations from the spine. An added bonus to each adjustment is the "thought of the day," which is designed not only to be thought-provoking but also to help bring relaxation and balance into our everyday lives. The less stress the better, right? Plus there is frequently a substantial amount of laughing & fun involved in the process. Finished off with a hug and you'?ve got the recipe for a healthy, calming adjustment from Dr. Joe. I always look forward to my visits Good Vibrations Chiropractic in Kensington. more

I completed San Diego La Jolla 1/2 Marathon! 10/1/2009

Thanks for fitting me in today and taking the time to help me out. I feel pretty amazing right now, and my right leg feels 1 inch longer :) I completed the La Jolla Half- UNINJURED!!!! I stuck to my conservative walk/run plan, and it worked! I finished the last 3.1 Mile (5K) in 25:12, which wasn't too shabby considering I was being careful! THANK YOU! If it weren't for you, I am sure I would still be on the sidelines, trying to figure out what was wrong with my hip and leg. Your Good Vibrations Chiropractic methods have helped me tremendously, and I am excited to see what results I can produce in my health for the future. more

I’m enjoying the last months of my pregnancy! 10/1/2009

People have been asking me what is the one thing that I would recommend to do during pregnancy. My answer, go to Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic. I am 9 months pregnant and have never felt better. Dr. Joe has made it possible for me to enjoy the last months of my pregnancy. Chiropractic Increases the Flexibility of My Body & Life! 10/1/2009

I have been Dr. Joe’s client at Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic for approximately 3 years. Dr. Joe has provided excellent treatment that has allowed me to significantly increase the flexibility in my spine. Furthermore, the care that I have received from him as a chiropractor has allowed me to successfully train for long distance cycling. I definitely recommend Dr. Joe at Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic to any athlete in training or to anyone who wishes to create more relaxation in their body. Kudos to Dr. Joe! more

‘Cause that’s what I feel when I walk into Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic in Kensington. Dr. Joe is amazing. Not only does he know chiropractic, the skeletal system and the neurological system, but he is a highly intuitive chiropractor and works his magic with an amazing joy and love. He’s a true healer. I’ve been going now for about 5-6 weeks and I’ve experienced marked changes in my flexibility and mobility, as well as moods. I heard a quote recently, “you should be able to hug your doctor”. The point being that you should have a doctor who not only is good at his/her job, but who also cares about the healing process. Dr. Joe is a chiropractor who hugs you when you walk in, and it sets the tone for what is less of an office visit and more of a health and wellness visit. more

Best Chiropractic Ever! 2/25/2009

Dr. Joe's office is such a warm and loving place to be in. The staff is always smiling and my family and I always feel special when we're there. The kids just LOVE him! Our overall health has dramatically improved and chronic pain is no longer present. We're with him for life! more
