With his coaching I was able to remove food distractions and addictions that kept me from fully enjoying life, my work, and relationships.\r

For me, his program wasn’t about losing weight; it was to help with my mood addictions. He helped me identify better food choices that remedied my mood swings and increased my energy levels throughout the day. Through his food layering technique I identified foods that not only worked well with my body, gave me energy and improved my mood, but also satisfied my cravings without feeling deprived or restricted. \r

Being on his 60 day program, my skin, body, moods, and overall energy level has improved tremendously. There have been minor set-backs with sugar, but because of this program I am able to regulate my body much faster.\r
