the techs came to clean my area rugs they told me it would be best for them to take it and clean it in there warehouse. I decided to follow their advice. It wouldn't cost me extra to have them pick it up and deliver it back to me. when they finally brought them back ( it took 5 business day) they looked brand new. I was very happy indeed. more

this one of the best companies around. they know what they are doing. they came to my home prepared to do the job that most worked with cleaning my carpet. this is the one of the best companies. that's for sure. more

This was the only company that was able to come to my house in the middle of the night because my pipes decided to burst and leave my carpet soaking wet... The technician was very polite thru the whole thing... They were able to save my carpet!! I want to thank this company for coming out to my home when no one else wanted too. and for being such a professional one too. more

Overall the cleeaning job was fabulous. My mattress was cleaned by Odor Gone Cleaning, as the job was finished my mattress not only looked and smelled clean, it felt clean as well and I feel great about having a clean mattress. No more being paranoid with bed bugs or whatever it might have had becuase with the sanitation and disinfecting the technician did, there is nothing to be worried about anymore. I sleep like an angel, thanks. more

I would highly recommend your company. My rug was returned to me as clean as a rug could be. Your tech was great. I could tell that the rug was disinfected 100%. Thank you for everything. more
