Bringing small children to a dentist is never easy! The staff is wonderful, the dentist are very good! They go over the procedure with the kids before they do anything and in terms that can understand. They play a game with barney and let the kids even brush his teeth! I highly recommend them!! more

My kids loved going to Gonsoulin and Gondoulin. I used to bring them to Dr. Carl and Dr. Kay a long time before i worked there. I prefered not to go in the exam room, because we, moms, know that kids behave better without us around. When I worked there, i was not surprized how clean and well organized that place was. The treatment is not fun, but the children behave because of the kindness of both doctors. they are loving and patient with their patients. And they explain step by step the process while working in the child's mouth. Parents of new patients! do not listen to any rumors. Some people have no time for their kids, and raise them in a manner that they are scared even of their grandparents. If your kid is normal and friendly, he or she will not only be OK going to the Gonsoulins, but he will in fact ask for the following visit exactly like the commercial. My children have been patients for 8 years. We are always treated great and my kids are never scared to go there. The doctors and staff are all good with kids. The best part is that they do not use sedation on kids. They take the time to talk them through procedures. We are happy with Dr. Kay and Carl. more

I've been taking my son here since he was two years old. Although I was hesitant about my son having to go through the examination without me, I never had a problem with it. He never cried nor did he complain about his treatment. The doctors were always courteous and kept me well-informed of his progress. He is now seventeen and has never had a cavity.....which speaks volumes for the care he's received from these doctors. Also, they recommended for me to get sealants put on his teeth and I'm glad that I did. I recently had another baby, and I won't hesitate to bring her there. more

I brought my son here when he was almost a year old and while they did allow me to go to the back with him...the whole place gave me the creeps. I never saw any problems but I found out later from my mother-in-law that when she brought her oldest son there, they restrained him so hard that he sprained his ankle. more

THE COMMERCIALS ARE NOT TRUE!!! Your children will not enjoy the good teeth for life program. My mother went there as a child and to this day cringes when she hears the name. They are generally too rough and harsh on kids. I had to bring my neice here fo an appointment and I was not even allowed in the room. The dentist is a scary place for the bravest adults and the doctors do nothing to comfort their tiny patients. Do not bring your children here. more

These dentists are not kid friendly. While they are prediatric dentists they do not work well with kids. Moms are NOT allowed in the back while the kids are even getting a cleaning. If children have to get dental work done, the mom are not allowed in the back, kids are not pre medicated, nor are they even given "gas" to settle them down. The children are held down by staff and allowed to scream and cry. When the work is done the staff will wipe tears and faces and make it appear that all went well. They are very expensive on top of everything else. more
