RATS!!! Rats ate everything in my storage. I asked for a copy of my original agreement and they refused to give it to me. I had insurance but when the property was taken over which they dropped and yet had no problem taking a direct payment every month. I spoke to Justin who says he is a manager and he was the one who refused to make copies for me and then his general manager Justin said the same thing. RATS RATS RATS
