I took my family for Thanksgiving dinner, buffet style,and was disappointed. $22.95 for an adult dinner is usually not unreasonable. Turkey was a roast, gravy was ok, probably the best part of the meal. Beef marsala? was dry and leathery even with the gravy. Ham was pretty good . Desert was included. Soda was extra. $22.95 for an adult, definitely a mistake on my part to go there and will never go there again. more

Golden Oaks Golf Club is one of Berk's County's finest. 9/15/2009

Formerly a private club, this course went public a few years ago. It's still maintained like a country club and has great scenery. The greens are quick and the fairways are immaculate. There is a nice driving range attached to the course, free balls provided with your round. It's a little on the pricey end, but still a Berks County must-play. more

Tee time reservations can be made up to seven days in advance and can be secured with any major credit card.     Daily fees with cart for Golden Oaks range from $24 to $65,depending on day of the week and time of day.
