I made reservations over the phone for the 2 bedroom suite, when I got there and signed the reciept for the suite, it turned out to be a trailer in the bad of the motel that was rickety and smelled horrible. When I said I would go to another motel the clerk told me she would give me 2 normal room without kitchen or microwave at a cheaper price, I signed a second receipt for the two rooms. We paid extra for a microwave to heat the baby's bottles. When I went to sign out after 2 nights a different clerk gave me a third receipt to sign this one was almost three time the price I was quoted. When I refused to sign it the clerk told me I had to sign it and wait to talk to the manager. (who wouldn't be in for two days). I agreed to sign until then but little did I know that the motel had processed all three receipt, later cancleing two after I called the visa company. But they did charge me the Highest receipt (which was not suppose to be processed). Guess what, since I tried to do it the way the clerk said and signed the receipt the motel management pretty much called me a liar and the card company said there was nothing the could do about it. BEWARE OF THIS MOTEL , THEY ARE TRICKERS AND SCAMMERS IN MY OPION. DONT RICK IT THERE ARE NICE MOTELS AND THEY ARE WAY CHEAPER.
Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MICROWAVE, BREAKFAST FOOD VERY LIMITED.
