Golden Corral Buffet and Grill

Hadn't been here for a while and found quite a surprise, It was better than I remembered. Keep those rolls coming! more

Stopping in to eat at the Golden Corral on South Blvd. on our way back from a shopping trip with family, everyone was starving. We went in and were amazed how clean and professional everything and one looked and was. The service was excellent, everyone smiled and was very pleasant. The food was extremely good. Hot 'n Tasty. My grandmother especially liked the Chocolate Wonderfall. Strawberries were her favorite. Great place for family fun. I would recommend Golden Corral to anyone! Keep up the great work! more

THERE WAS A ROACH CRAWLING ON MY TABLE! We alerted the teenage waitress who was unnecessarily rude but she got us an immediate refund, which wasn't processing in their register correctly at first. I had to DEMAND to see a manager and was told by this waitress, ""You're already getting a refund. What's the problem?!"" Then she and the cashier said ""The managers are too busy for customers"". Craziness. The scariest part was when the manager did finally come out she (the manager) said: ""We were told that when this happens to just give the customer a refund right away."" SO, they actually have a protocol in place for when customers encounter roaches?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting. I will never eat there or at any other Golden Corral again. GROSS more

The restaurant was fairly clean. However the atmosphere was dingy. There was poor lighting. The bar was HORRIBLE. The food was warm and generally unappetizing. The salad bar was the best thing going! If you want to eat light this was an awesome choice. If you are familiar with Ryan's buffet and think this place is the same think again. There is no comparison. PLUS its more expensive than Ryan's Steakhouse buffet. I have to admit the staff was awesome! Its not their fault that management allows the low quality food. The desert was also NASTY! I'm talking rock solid chocolate chip cookies! Stale, crumbly cakes and the ice cream machine didn't work. My opinion...save your money! Go to Walmart and prepare a quick dinner...or better yet Wendy's is next door...much better choice! Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Horrible food more
