This company filled part of my ceramic tile order BY GOING TO HOME DEPOT AND CHARGING ME TWICE OR THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT FOR IT. I know because I returned those items to Home Depot and got a store credit. The items had the SKU # still on them!!!! When I complained they said they would refund me part of the overcharge - WHICH THEY DIDN'T. Their explanation is they had to MAKE A PROFIT and they didn't do anything wrong. If that wasn't bad enough they ordered too much tile and I was left with $300 worth of tile after my project was finished. In addition, they said they would deliver the tile to my home and they then refused to do it. I had to arrange to get the tile picked up from the manufacturer! This company is beyond bad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
