FIrst, owned lots here since 2003 and have had a really good time. Lot of activities and great place close to Seattle to camp and hang out. Recently sold lot with trailer. It was the lowest price lot with a trailer and was in great shape. Park rules basically require you to sell through them. Got an offer 4 days after listing. Policy is to take it off sales listing if an offer is PLACED. After the office and DON the sales guy dragging their feet, miscommunicating with the buyer and not communicated with us for six weeks, completed the sale, all papers signed. Then the buyer decided she didn't want it and they, without consulting us, gave her the money back and then called us. There were two other offers on it, which fell through due to the buyers not qualifying, each time it was taken off the sales list for 2-3 weeks. They had us drive 6 hours each way to "pick up our money" and after arriving discovered potential buyers didn't even qualify! Finally got a good sale, purchasers passed application process and submitted paperwork. They sent us our check and we thought we were finally done, nope! They called several days later and said the office cannot find the title. We sent it certified and while there for the unqualified applicant mentioned above, had the manager confirm it was in the file. They left it up to us and the buyer to figure out how to resolve the issue. They would not call me back after the told me they lost the title. Keep in mind they signed a seller's agent agreement and charged us a $1100 commission and $600 transfer fee! Don (sales) is unreliable and a poor sales rep. The office could not perform basic functions in the process of this sale. Barb (office) and Don both acted like there was no reason for us to be mad and that it was ALL our, or the buyers fault.
Finally, after nearly 6 months, we MAY be done with this. Really put a sour taste in our mouths after many good experiences there.
