FLOWERS WITH AN ATTITUDE! 3/5/2009

I'm not sure about the arrangements I sent, but customer service needs an BIG adjustment. When explaining that I didn't want the usual foliage used with roses, the salesperson remarked that she had been doing this for several years and knew more about what would work than I did. I was SHOCKED! What ever happened to the customer is always right and trying to work the customer? Though I may not know the "names" of all the flowers, (which she kindly threw out to make sure I was intimidated by her superior knowledge of flower names) I know what I do and don't like. I'll find another florist...too bad Dierberg's doesn't deliver to Granite City! They do a wonderful job! I don't need the "smart-a**" remarks. more

Pretty flowers, but short life span 9/23/2007

I received flowers from Goff & Dittman for my birthday in August -- a very pretty vase of mixed flowers. Though I made sure they had plenty of water, the flowers all died within two days -- they began to wilt the same day it was delivered. It was beautifully arranged but extremely poor quality. I'll never shop there, and have advised my family that they shouldn't either. more

Phenomenal Expertise 2/7/2007

The staff with over 40 years of experience has forgotten more about floral arranging than any of its local competitors. The arrangements are both creative and extrordinarily beautiful. The quality of the products used have always been extremely fresh and professionally handled, whether its a funeral arrangement, a bouquet for a loved one or a surprise gift for a friend. Best Florist in Granite City 5/9/2006

I used this florist many times because it was right on my way home from work. They have a beautiful store that showcases their talent. They always used the flowers i requested, and never overcharged me. The prices are great and the staff is amazing! They would always spend lots of time helping me pick out an arrangement and making sure they had the correct location for delivery. excellent all around! more

Great 7/21/2005

Goff and Dittman Florists offer a wide variety of products, not just flowers. I received an arrangement from them for my birthday, and it was by far the nicest one I have ever gotten. The flowers were beautiful, they looked freshly cut, and the design was terrific. The prices are low, and the quality is great. What more could you ask for? more
