Noe and his team were professional, polite and friendly. Noe stayed until the job was done (extra 1-2 hours) and left the house clean, a very nice person!

Worst

Goettl retrofitted a high mark-up Hard Start Kit into my A/C unit which could not be correctly installed, due to space, in April 2022. Goettl failed to inform us of the compromise...

Everyone at Goettl did a great job on the installation of my new air conditioning unit. The gentlemen who came to install the unit were so courteous and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. I appreciate the good service I received, it?s very rare to get good service these days. more

I was impressed with the service I received. Sean was out at my home late at night because my unit wasn?t cooling. He was very knowledgeable and polite. If I ever need service again I will definitely call Goettl and ask for Sean. more
