This is my favorite MLB Stadium 4/15/2006

I have only been to TBiA a couple of times, but it is my favorite place to see a game. Parking is a breeze. Concessions are pretty good, but my favorite thing is the surroundings. The outfield is totally closed in so you just see the beautiful design of the stadium, and not the miles of parking lots that surround the stadium. Go early in the year, because it gets to be about 145 degrees in the summer. more

Ballpark in Arlington 10/17/2005

I love the Ballpark! Compared to the old Ranger Stadium this place is state of the art. I know ticket prices can be kinda high nowadays, but there really isn't a bad seat in the place. Even the el-cheapo bleachers work fine for me. Afterall its not really about the overpaid Ballplayers...its about the Ballpark Experience! Seriously, I love Baseball and I love the Texas Rangers. The Ballpark is truly the place to see them play. There are so many Food Choices within this place. From Hand Dipped Ice Cream to Gyros, Pizza to Hotdogs (smothered in grilled onions yum!) Ice Cold Beer on Tap....the choices are really endless. I can't remember what night of the week, but if the Rangers win then immediately following the game there is an amazing Firework Show. Check the Ranger Schedule on their website for that special night of the week. The best thing about the Ballpark in Arlington (now unfortunately called Ameriquest Field) and the thing I am most proud of is the fact that it was paid for by the Residents of Arlington.....Go US!! ETA- I forgot to mention that there is also a small museum located at the Ballpark...call ahead for the hours but definitely worth checking out. more

A nice day at the ballgame 8/17/2005

Going to the Rangers can be a cheap night out with family and friends. If you watch you can get tickets pretty cheap. Parking is available but a bit of a pain. The stadium is newer and very nice with some fun things for the kids. The Rangers have had a decent team for the past couple years so you might even get to see some good baseball! The seats are reasonably comfortable and the food is expensive as you would expect. They have fireworks sometimes after the game which is nice. Make sure you know how to get there and how to get out before you go because this can be kind of confusing. more

Great Family Fun 8/5/2005

This is one of my family's favorite things to do together. The price is not bad considering the wonderful facility in which you get to go and see a major-league baseball team. There are many diversions besides baseball. There are a couple of restaurants, several shops, places for the kids to play and even a museum. It's a fun thing to do with the whole family. more

The great game!!!! 8/2/2005

I love Ranger baseball and have since a child. The ballpark is so nice and clean. There is a variety of foods served here also, so its not your typical baseball game concession food. I always sit on the homerun porch which is shaded and has great views. There is a kiddy restaraunt near this sections that sells smaller hotdogs for a buck! Great news for me! There is also no smoking in the ballpark except in a few small areas. its a great family outing! more

The best baseball game 8/1/2005

What a day you can have here. It is fun to bring the family or just hang out with the guys. Even in the Texas heat you can always enjoy a day at the ballpark. They have a lot of food choices, gift shops, and even things for the small kids to enjoy. more

Take me out to the ball game!! 7/27/2005

This is a great park! This is a new park and is super clean. You can have a great view of the game at nearly all the seats. There are also many bathrooms and many places to get your snacks. You also have the traditional vendors selling their goods isle to isle. Although you will need your sunscreen and a fan during the hotter summer months, this park and the Rangers are a real treat. One of these games are not to be missed by visitors or locals. You'll truely have a great time. more

Great place to take the family 7/20/2005

The ball park in Arlington now called Ameriquest Field is the best place to take the baseball fan. Its a beautiful field and to watch a game right there at the park is so much more exciting then seeing it on television. They have great food and lots of activities for the kids. more
