I am appalled and disgusted. I have owned a Movado watch for the past 8 years and I love this watch. I went to have it repaired to this location and will never go back. Like I said I LOVE my watch, but if this were to be the only place to have this watch fixed, I would NEVER wear it again. more

Sent in my watch to have a new clasp put on. Came back with a very cheap part. Called to complain and when I finally got someone to answer I was told too bad you don't like it. How has this company stayed in business so long? They probably won't be around for much longer when they treat customers like this. more

I can't believe they claim to specialize in Bulova repair. I sent mine in for a new clasp and got it back with a part that might have cost $1 at the most including the shipping! If you want to pay a lot for a really cheap part this is the place to go. Almost impossible to get a hold of on the phone and very rude to boot! How are you still in business when you treat customers like this? more

Stay away from this places. After taking my working watch to them, they gave it back to me in a nonworking state after I refused to have the work done. I noticed that the watch was not working the very next day. I called them and informed them that the watch was working when I brought to them and now it's broken. I was told that I was lying and that others had tried this before. Keep in mind, I did not ask that they place it back in it's same condition or pay me. They passed the telephone to three different woman, all of whom were as obnoxious as the first. Make sure you keep your claim ticket after you pick up your watch or they will keep it and not return it, if you decide to use them. They will place items on there that you did not ask for and use it later to justify their negligence. I have contacted the Illinois attorney general and I am contemplating a suit. I am willing to spend more than the value of the watch just to see them in court. I could not believe the way that they more

I had used many watch services in the past and someone recommanded Glezer-Kraus. They are the best I have ever used. I brought in a watch that was not working after some one else repaired it. The customer service was fabulous and my watch has been working great ever since. Thrilled I found them. They are my new service center! more

I brought in a Rolex that was not in good condition. They absolutely made it look new. They are professionals all the way. I have had other places repair my watches before and I never got such expert advice, service and repair. They also stand behind their work! I will only use Glezer-Kraus from now on!!!
