2 times they sent broken parts to me. The first time they sent the wrong parts. They need to learn how to package items so they will not break in shipping.

They have been servicing our pools for 5 + years (can't recall the exact year but starting before 2006 for sure). Maintenance: A+ Everything is kept clean which = no repairs needed or algae. Upgrades: They give us a quote so that you know the cost upfront and have it on paper. No surprises. New add-ons were installed, works, no problems just like the one they showed us in their storeview helpful? more

Do not shop here! 5/10/2010

Do not shop here. They sold me a product I did not need then refused to accept the return. The salesman insisted I needed the product along with another product I did use. I got home and read the directions and no where did it mention this product. The product was unused and unopened. I tried to return the product within the store's 30 day return policy. They gave me many excuses but would not accept the product back. more
