No-hassle, courteous, quick service. I only got a full synthetic oil change, but I will use for other service if needed. Good car wash, too. more

One repair fixed another created 12/23/2013

I bought the vehicle in because it was no running and that was fixed with a timing belt replacement. However the power steering which was working fine when the car went into service was no longer working when the car was finished. more

I use your station for the vast majority of the work I have done on my family's cars. I appreciate the integrity of Scott when it comes to fixing cars. He gives an honest and fair appraisal of what it takes to get the car fixed. I have been using this station since 1996 and am truly glad that you're in our neighborhood. more

Always friendly and helpful 11/4/2013

I had a brake line problem with my old f150, showed up announced on a Friday morning, by Saturday everything was fixed and ready to go. What more can you want? Also, if they think its better for you to go to a dealer or a specialist, they'll tell you. more

Prompt, expert service 8/30/2013

I needed 2 new front tires. I called for an appointment and was able to get in the next day. Glen Lake BP looked up my services records and was able to get the same brand/model of tires that I had installed on the back of my vehicle about a year ago. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly. more

1 989 GMAC PICK-UP TRUCK 7/5/2013

I paid $57.98 for a check-up on 7-1-13 and was told that this amount would be deducted after the repair work was completed.A charge misunderstanding was discussed with Scott on 7-3-13.I paid $248.87 on this date.The $57.98 was not deducted,as I expected it would be.Scott replaced the one injector.He was not able to show me the bad injector that he removed.However the truck seems to be running well at this time. I have lived in Glenn Lake for 28 years and have visited your service station many times for various services.My desire is to continue a good relationship with you station and personnel.
