Gleason Geothermal (Closed?)

Gleason installed a geothermal heating system in my home. It doesn't work and wasn't installed properly. Gonna cost me thousands to have fixed properly. I question why any company would sell them geo units to install. They will only give said company a bad name! more

Gleason Geothermal does not honor its word nor does it provide decent customer service. Unit installed in December 2009 and paid in full with written condition that yard clean and repair would be done by April 15th. Work not done until mid June after multiple calls and e-mails. Work so poorly done had to call landscaper. July of this year,hottest weekend of the year AC doesn't cool. 1st call no-one shows. Next Ben Gleason shows after a 2 day interval between subsequent call and show. At this appointment he fixes AC and a damper problem. Payment in full is made at the end of the service call. About 3 weeks later again on very hot weekend AC goes out. Gleason called and can't get to my home before 3 days. Ben Gleason arrives fixes AC and tells me to call the following week to schedule an appointment as further work has to be done. Again payment given at time of service. To this day, after multiple phone calls and e-mails no-one has shown up to repair the system. Would NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. more

I did a system with Gleason and they look like a good company to do business with. Untill they do the work. Poor workmenship . Did not bring everthing they needed for the job and had to run to Home Depot to get basic stuff. Affterward you can not get a hold of them .No one is there to answer the phone. Asked to have things redone and its been months . Keep telling me they are restructureing and busy installing new systems . All they want to do is install new and don t worry about the person who paid for a quality system. Very disatisfying. Would not recomend to my worse enemy. more
