?Gleam Clean Carpet Cleaning of Waxahachie cleaned our carpets. Did a good job, Except, they did not slide the sofa & loveseat out and clean under them. Operations Mgr Brandon said that this was not part of their ""Basic Service"". I stated that their Web page advertisement and Yelp advertisement did not state anything about the price being for ""Basic Service only"" or any exceptions. Brandon seemed to only want to argue so I asked who the owner was and Brandon stated that he did not have to tell me.
So 12.5% of my living room was not touched.
I'll find out what the BBB and State thinks about their advertising.?
