Completely terrible customer service. Scheduled to have windshield replaced. First day they never showed. When I called they said they lost my number. Assured me that I would be first on the list for the next day. Called at 10:30 to let me know they would be there between 4 and 4:30. Needed the pickup for the next day so I asked how long does it take to set up. I was told, 1/2 hour. I was not happy but told the technician that would be okay as long as it got done. Got a call at 4:01 and was told the technician would not be coming because we did not answer our phone. Checked the phone and he had called at 3:59.
Cancelled our appointment and said we would go elsewhere. They then told us that we wouldn't have this issue if we answered our phone and they were going to charge us anyway since they had the credit card information.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Terrible business practices.
