this place is fast and efficient. they can even come out to you to repalce your winshield. prices are competive. nice freindly staff. we recommend all our customers to this place. Zach the sales manager is great thanks for the goodies and different games we can participate in more

Safelite Auto Glass is the way to go! 7/24/2009

I called Safelite Autoglass on South Tacoma Way in Tacoma, WA and they came out the very next day to replace my windshield. They were competitively priced. I was given an arrival time of 8am to 12pm, the service rep called me at 8am to let me know he would be here between 10am and 12pm so I was not stuck waiting. The staff was very friendly and the service representative was on time, courteous and quick. He made sure I had no questions before or after and that I was satisfied with the install. I recommend them to anyone in need of glass replacement. more

Quick Service, good price, friendly staff 7/16/2005

I called Safelite Auto Glass for a quote and the same day they came out to fix my broken window in my car. The staff was freindly and knowledgeable on the phone and the service person who came to my home was prompt and friendly as well. The technician made sure I didn't have any questions before and after he replaced my window. PROS: Quick, reliable, friendly, fair CONS: none more
