Great People to Work With 8/17/2015

Despite a mess-up with having my parts on hand for my service, I had a good experience with Gladstone Mitsubishi. I sat at the dealership for 6 hours just to get my rear breaks done, because when I set the appointment I told them everything that needed to be replaced and the order was not put into the system. Joe the Sales Manager was great and always is, as well as his team who kept me company while it was slow. They also made sure I had a water at all times, which was very customer conscientious. I enjoy going there and will do business again. more

Outlander Service Failure 8/14/2015

I have had a known leak (found by this same service dept) for several months. I specifically made this appt. to have this leak repaired and knew it would take 5-6 hrs so they had the car all day. Whoever scheduled the appt for me at the dealer neglected to check their own service records and order the necessary parts so they had my car all day and still didn't make the repair. I won't return to this dealer. more

horrible service 8/6/2015

I was told it would be a few hours and it took way longer then that and I got my car back with a broken stereo and they broke clips off of my panel that goes around the stereo. I told a lady that I had to leave to get my step son after they kept telling me its almost done, this was at least 3 hours into the work. I told them my mom was going to stay and get my car, she said ok a few hours later they closed the shop down and never told her my car still was not done, they left her there. they offered to pay for a car stereo to be fixed but I would have to pay up front which I did not have. more

Would recommend, friendly salesman 7/27/2015

My salesperson, Nick, was very friendly and helped me find a Lancer that was affordable for me. Also made good recommendations for other parts/accessories that I may want to do in the future. Would recommend this place to a friend. Here's to hoping that servicing my car is just as painless too! more

poor vehicle inspection 7/7/2015

people were very nice before sale, made a big point of how they inspected and serviced the car. 200 miles down the road the car would not shift. Took to dealer in Brookings Or., $387 later its fixed!! Tried to contact salesman, you know how that went!!! more

False Information 7/6/2015

We brought my car in for an oil change and we were told that my car was unsafe to drive and that the brakes were leaking in the back. They told me it would cost us over $1000 top repair and they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. We took it to two different mechanics after that and both of them said nothing was wrong. I will never bring my car back to your shop again. Since you have changed to a Mitsubishi dealership, your service has been horrible. This is the second time you tried to charge us an arm and a leg for repairs. more

Reliable Service 6/24/2015

I always take my Mitsubishi Lancer to Gladstone Mitsubishi for all my maintenance needs. It may be a further drive for me but I always get the service I need to keep my Lancer in top shape. more

Willing to really work with you. 6/11/2015

My salesman helped me get a car that I really wanted at an affordable price. Even though, I have negative equity from the car I traded in they actually gave me back quite a bit for the trade. I'm really impressed. And the financial manager offered me a Simoniz deal they just started doing there and I must say, I don't regret getting it. My car looks like it came of the showroom floor every time I get it washed. Can't be that. more
