I loved being part of Girl Scouts. It was a great place to go to after school and on the weekends. Back then before all the weird people came out of hiding we did so many things. We went camping, stood outside of stores for hours selling cookies and even did DOOR-to-Door sales!! I remember when i first started Girl Scout Cookies were about $1.50 then to $2.00 a box!! They are now $3.50 a box and rising!! Some of my cookies i had growing up aren't even thought of anymore.
Trefoils--buttery shortbread cookie
Chele Cremes-- A sand which cookie either chocolate or vanilla with the white creme in the middle.
There is another cookie but i can not think about it.
But Girl Scouts is a wonderful place for a girl to learn the basics of life and how to work well with others. You really learn a lot about team work and the importance of friendship.
