This company is anything but helpful! Our apartment got broken into 2 nights in a row by someone who had a copy of our keys!! Mysteriously the cameras didn't work on those nights! Nothing was done about this and we were told it was 'just a bad neighborhood'. Also the locks weren't changed at the beginning of our lease. We went months with faulty fire alarms in the halls, even though we asked daily for them to be fixed! We also went almost 2 weeks without heat!!! Despite calling multiple times a day they still didn't fix it for a good 3 days! Do not do business with this company!! You will find a better apartment, and management! If you want problems to be addressed in a timely mannor this is NOT the company to use! more

Awful management company. We have had several security issues in our building and they have done nothing about them. Their video cameras do not work, the super was a jerk and did not care at all and building manager Nelson Colon was anything but responsive. It took over 5 hours to send a locksmith. Not a good company at all. From speaking with other tenants this was not an isolated series of incidents and is a continuing problem which the company is ignoring.
