I broke my driver side door handle and they fixed it right away. They always operate in a very timely fashion to take care of the customer.

Was recomended by a AAA towing service to Gills....Towed to Gillsthe evening of Sunday 6/8/08.  Called Monday 6/9/08 around 8 AMbecause we had not heard anything from the Gills. W...

Very happy with their honesty.. Had my truck towed in expecting much worse. Turned out to be a warrantied part and No charge to me.. 2/28/2018

Even during a horrendous snow storm, all hands were in and the guys took care of their customers. They called us early on to let us know our oil change was completed and our car was ready to go. They were very understanding in us possible not being able to make it there and to our payment by phone in which I trust these guys completely. They checked over everything, changed the oil and watched our car when they knew it was sitting unlocked just after they closed because we were in our way and requested they leave it open for us. more

I've been taking my cars to Gills for over 25 years, and have been satisfied with their work after every visit. My only complaint is that I can't always get my cars in for repairs sooner. But, thats to be expected because of their great service. more

Called with my issue, got an appointment, brought it in, fixed my problem for cheaper than I thought it would be. Always good communication and they have earned my trust over the years. They go the extra mile and I appreciat they know me when I call. These guys are good. more
