You know? I can say that overall I had a really great experience with Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor. I am at work and don't really have time to get into details about how they did everything, but their service was very good and I don't have anything that I want to complain about. I would give them top rating for everything that they did at my house. I was very pleased and I would absolutely recommend them. more

I have used Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor for many years; I've had quite a few jobs done by them and I've been very pleased with the outcomes. Recently, I've had tile work done both in my bathroom and kitchen.Their employees were good at making sure that they tidied up after they completed their work, they were totally emaculate. The time it took for them to complete the job never went beyond 3 days. I think they had the best prices around! Their counter people, their workers and estimators were all perfect! I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do use them again for future projects. more

This was my first time using Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor. The pricing was fair; I would give it about a 4 out of 5. Everyone I worked with was polite and friendly. We had a little problem with Gillespie's. We didn't have enough carpet ordered and we were trying to get the carpeting in before a party. 4 stairs ended up not carpeted. We've had a lot of carpeting with them and worked with Monte and them on multiple occasions. This was the first time we'd run into any problems. They've recarpeted our entire house twice now. We got the whole house done before we sold the house. The buyers actually found Abbey and selected everything, and after our own independent research, we found that they had the best reviews. I would recommend them for their carpet flooring. In the past, I'd used Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor for carpet cleaning and I had a very good experience, so when it came time to get a new carpet installed, I knew I'd use Monte. We purchased carpet and pads from Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor and then they installed them for us, we were very satisfied with the outcome. We've also gotten our carpets cleaned and that's why we used them to install new carpets. We were pleased with their timeliness and the quality of installation. Gillespsie's Abbey Carpet & Floors did hardwood on the bottom level of our home and installed carpet and hardwood in the upper areas. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. This was our second time using them and we came back because of their high-quality products and services. From walking into their showroom to the installers, everybody on their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was very easy to make an appointment and they finished the job on time. From the second I walked in to Abbey Carpet & Floor, their customer service was fantastic. They immediately greeted me and showed me everything they had available. They allowed me to take some samples back home to check the color and make a decision about whether I wanted to go with tile, carpet, or laminate flooring. I went with the carpet with a nice thick pad underneath and it looks wonderful . The two guys who came in to do the installation did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me move some large furniture out of the way, and they even helped me reassemble and move it back. Their overall customer service was wonderful- from the gentleman who came in to measure, to the installers, to the lady who helped me in the store. I have been to big box stores and it didn't work out. When I went to Abbey Carpet & Floor, they immediately helped me out. I felt that they were very professional and that they could help me out with deciding what to do with the flooring. It was just a wonderful, warm experience. I have been going to Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor for all my flooring needs for almost thirty years now. They are a company that I trust completely because they have always done great quality work. We most recently had them install new carpets in our hallway and three of our bedrooms and am, once again, very happy with their workmanship. Customer service with Gillespie's is just as excellent; the salesperson we spoke with at their showroom was very helpful, providing us with a lot of good quality choices to choose from and made sure to stay within our budget. The installers who came over were also really great about keeping us informed and updated on how the installation was going and worked very efficiently. Thanks to their hard work, our carpets just look absolutely beautiful and I cannot speak highly enough about Gillespie's! Great job with the carpet installation thanks to Gillespie's Abbey Carpet and Floor. When we went in, we already had an idea of what we were looking for and though we did go a little over budget, it was well worth it. The installation went wonderfully and we are so happy with how everything looks. Their customer service was just as great; the installers were very courteous and fast with the project. From beginning to end, Gillespie's Abbey impressed us. We have had projects completed by them in the past 5 years and nothing has changed...they are simply the best in customer service, quality and follow up. That's why we keep coming back. We did a hybrid laminate in our living room, office, and bedroom. We live in the country and have dogs, so dirt and scratches were a problem. This was a recommended solution. Craig and Tempe were very helpful, let us take several samples home to try out. The installation crew did a wonderful job, and were really fun to have around.
