This man responded the same day and even came on Saturday to solve our problems. He removed our present opener and installed the new one we had purchased. He then adjusted our door and replaced rollers, shims, etc. to take the shake out of our door. He then explained the operation of our new opener and answered any questions we had. His work was outstanding and he arrived on time as promised. I would recommend him to anyone needing work on or replacement garage doors or openers.
