Gerds, Pamela, DVM Advanced Care Pet Hospital

I recently took my 15-year-old dog to Dr. Gerds at Advanced Care Pet Hospital for the first time. I was very pleased by the care and attention Dr. Gerds and her staff gave to my Leo. Everyone was kind and took their time with us instead of rushing us through the appointment like some other vets can do. I found their prices to be very reasonable. Additionally, they treat pets other than cats and dogs, so I will be able to take my rats, ferrets, and guinea pigs there too. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a vet in the St. Cloud area! more

I didn't know what to expect when I was looking for a new vet but I didn't expect how nice and sweet Dr. Gerds was to my little Bella. The people were so nice at Advanced Care and the price they quoted for Bella's surgery was exactly what I paid. My previous vet burned me twice with a low ball quote on the phone. The final bills were much much more. Then they kept hounding me to buy more stuff, I just got sick of them calling and sending constant reminders. Bella seems much more relaxed with Dr. Gerds. The place is clean and quiet not like the smelly noisy vet I used to go to. Advanced Care helped me out when I needed them, I called on a Sunday and they were actually open. I talked to my neighbor and it turns out she switched her vet also. She used to drive to Kimball for her two cats, but now we both see Dr. Gerds. Check them out, they really seem more interested in caring about your pets than what's in your wallet. more

I'm sure that Dr. Gerds is a nice person, and it's possible that she means well and wants to save people money - however, I don't think the care provided here is adequate. more
