They just dislike knowledgeable buyers. We conducted our research on the used car before we see the car. They didn't mention anything bad about the car until we pointed out that the car had accident and bad title before. They were shocked and asked "How did you know about that?!" "Why do you so concerned about the title stuff?" Totally disrespectful to customers. Just my personal opinion. more
