Gentle Hands Pet Sitting is owned and operated by Brenda Bartone, a native Rhode Islander and resident of South Kingstown for nine years. As a former shelter volunteer and president of an animal rescue, nonprofit organization, Brenda has many years of hands on experience.
Gentle Hands Pet Sitting specializes in special needs pets. If your pets need subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, or topical meds applied, Gentle Hands Pet Sitting can meet your needs. Of course, if your animals are healthy, they are just as welcome.
Vet transport is available if your pet needs medical treatment while you're away.

Rates are based on 1/2 hour or hourly visits plus an extra charge of $0.50 per mile over 8 miles from our office.
Rates for 1 dog only (Multiple dogs-add $2.00 per dog):
* 1/2 hour including dog walk $16.00
* 1 hour including dog walk $26.00
* Administration of meds or fluids are included in hourly rates.
* Visits before 7:00am or after 6:00pm add $2.00
* Holiday visits - add $5.00-$10.00 depending on number of visits.
