My experience with Dr. Coerver and her staff was great! I took my daughter in for a check up, and they clearly explained her dental needs and also offered referrals to other office that could assist! more

This location went totally down hill around December of last year I will not be back due to the change in management. Their new "manager" is such a push over she will give you anything you want just to avoid conflict. I also don't think her wardrobe is appropriate for a business in the healthcare field, everytime I have been in she looks like she was clubbing ( or "something" like that) and did not go home and change after. Will not be exposing my children to that anytime soon! Gentle dental giant fail. more

I had to come in here and update this review. When I first went in, I was overcome with shock over thier prices, and that was all I was seeing! Now that I have had some work done, I am soooo much more impressed. Yes, their prices are a bit higher, but I will pay the price to go back to the dentist I have found here. The staff at Gentle Dentle are really amazing! Even as a Mom, I'm a bit "chicken" when it comes to dentist and drills. They completely relaxed me, with their gentle nature. When they were getting me numb with the shots, the dental assistant had her hand on my shoulder, very reassuring. I, honestly, can't say enough about the dentist... he really amazed me! He's a young, hip type guy, but he is like an artist with your teeth! I was very happy, as I was listening to him talk (while the drill was going), and hearing what a perfectionist he is! haha He really went out of his way, not only to resolve the problems, but also to ensure that I would be happy with the appearance. I've been to many dentists in my life, but never one who seemed to care so much about his patients and really put the extra time and care into his work to ensure it would end up with the best results! I am going to be switching my kids over, and making him their primary dentist soon. more
