My postitive experiences at Gentle Dental-Arlington,MA 7/16/2007

I would like to recommend the dental services at Gentle Dental in Arlington. I have been a patient of Dr. Pivor's for about one year. Every visit has been painless and enjoyable. He is a perfectionist when it comes to my teeth. The front desk staff always helps me out with the insurance, which makes no sense to me. They let me know what is expected of me financially, before my appointment so that there are no surprises when checking out. My hygienist is so great, I actually look forward to my dental cleaning appointments. I have nothing but good to say about the staff, from the welcoming dental assistants to his knowledgeable front desk and the hygienists--everyone is friendly and professional. more

Both positive and negative 3/3/2007

I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Immanuel of Gentle Dental (who will take all the time you need to get your teeth care right) as well as Dr. Lozado, the periodontalist. The dental hygeniests have been excellent as well. However, I do not at all recommend Dr. Pivor whom I experienced as actually brutal - he badly bruised my mouth and would not respect my verbal and nonverbal pleas to stop. more

Okay dental clinic 3/17/2006

This is a mediocre dental clinic. I would recommend it if you had very good teeth and do not need major dental work. Most of the hygentist are fresh out of school and are not so gentle when doing a cleaning. I have very good teeth and several procedure were recommended that I did not need. My insurance covered all bills so I am not sure how they rate price wise more
