The staff is always looking after your comfort, give you a hearty laugh and are very professional and friendly. If you have to go the dentist, this is a great place to go!

clean smooth teeth 6/30/2008

i love coming to my dental appointments. i recently got married and now my new bride comes to gentech dentist too! Which is cool because they have several people who clean teeth so my wife and i get our teeth cleaned at the same time. the hygienest keeps us up to date on how to brush and floss better which is cool. we tell all our friends and family about gentech dentist. more

I like coming to this office because they open early so I dont miss time off work, and they open late so that my kids get in after school AND SPORTS! . Dr.Mcclure and his team are terrific, everyone is professional and polite. thanks! more

FAST AND FRIENDLY... 6/30/2008

My husband and I just started coming to gentech dentist and have been very pleased. They are friendly and open to talk to you about any concerns. Everyone is very helpful. We truly have enjoyed our first exam with Dr. McClure, and they got us in right away to have our teeth cleaned. Plus the office is very nice and clean. more

New team has great customer service 6/30/2008

The new team has great customer service. It is the only reason we have come back. My son loves it here. I am coming back too. I talked to LaShawnda last week who is very professional and took care my account balance. I am glad that I come back to meet this new group. Gentech is awesome with customer service. They always ask me if i have any special request which is a very nice touch. Front office is great (which is a huge plus!!) and my doctor is the best, and i cant forget about the staff in the back!! My hygienest is wonderful as well. I cant complain about gentech!! Always on time service 6/28/2008

I have been a patient of Dr Watanabe since 2003. He is the best dentist in town. He is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. He called me after my root canal treatment to make sure i had no questions or any issue. I remembered he also called me another time when I had a filling done. I was always seen on time. My requests were always met. They offered me a CD during appointment and also a blanket. One time I was given the premed before extraction. I am always comfortable when I need to see him though i hate to go to the dentist. I also want to thank gentech dentist offer payment plan so I can fix my tooth. Sometimes I have questions on my insurance/statement and you explain to me. You guys are good people. I strongly recommend you to my friends and co-workers. Pros: thumbs up-everything is great! more

People are nice here and i have a good dental visit today. My teeth are cleaned. I am always asked if I have any special request during my appointments. They also do teeth whitening procedures. I am happy at gentech.Thanks! more

You get me in very quickly to see Dr McClure and you are close to my house. Everyone at your office is so friendly and considerate. I had an awesome experience and you made me comfortable the entire time. If anyone need to see a great dentist, call gentech dentist. I also recommend my husband to come to gentech. I like gentech dentist 6/26/2008

My experience is fine. Everything is very goodl. I have Kaiser dental before and the experience is different. All my crowns are done by Dr.Mcclure at gentech dentist. He and his assistants are great. My teeth are fine now. My grandaughter, her family and one of her friends also come here. I made my 6 months appointment for teeth cleaning. They give me courtesy call. Thanks! more

Great help on short notice 6/21/2008

I had a tooth that was hurting me and got in right away. Dr. Watanabe explained everything very well and the whole experience was great. Office staff is very nice and helpful. They all tried to make me feel very comfortable. Pros: No problems finding parking here. Service was great. Office ambience was very clean, warm and welcoming. more
