Worth every dime! 9/1/2014

I had a spring break on my garage door late Friday night, called Saturday morning for repair, and tech arrived the same day to make the repair. He was knowledgeable, and made the repair quickly. He replaced the rollers and the weather stripping around the door as well, for a very reasonable price. He even swept out the garage when he was finished! If you need garage door service definitely call these guys they are top notch!! more

This garage company is fantastic. My garage door spring broke Saturday afternoon while I had construction going on in my garage so I needed to get the door working again to allow access PLUS park my car. I called around 4:00pm they said they would send someone in 30 minutes. He was here in 20 minutes, fixed the spring, and lubed the wheels in another 15 minutes and he was done! That's what I call service. My door is more quite and smooth than when I bought the house 5 years ago. I highly recommend and will call Genie Garage and Gates for any other garage door maintenance I need. Pricing was competitive too; under $150 to replace the spring and lube the wheels. more

Highly recommended Garage Company 8/24/2014

Looked online and found this place after I had a recent break in through my garage, which broke the door to the point it wasn't closing good. The service guy came out quick. Price was good. And service was great! more

Call takers were pleasant and quickly set up an Same-day appointment for me. Service tech was on time. He was clearly experienced and worked quickly. He was honest about my problem and tried to solve it in a cost efficient way. It's amazing how much he got done in 15 minutes. Would definitely call again. more

Best Garage Service Around Guaranteed! 5/27/2014

I spoke with the owner of Genie Garage and Gates Repair and he told me all the extras they do at no additional cost. Within an hour or so, technician stopped by to fix our problem. I knew right away by his professionalism and explaining everything that he would do that we made the perfect choice. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I know! Thanks again! more
