My family and I saw both Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Zavaleta and the care was wonderful. She saw my 2 teenage kids (boy and girl) and They had the best care as well. Dr. Z even tracked down that the pharmacy gave my son the wrong medication after my son wasn't feeling well when he should have been. The nurses are witty, they talk to you and will do anything you ask. The front desk staff is second to NONE. They have everything ready to go when you get in. They collect co-pays first so you can just go home or do your errands after the appointment. That is very helpful to get in and out like that!\r

I have since left to move overseas for the next 3 years, and I am still calling to see how they are. They scanned and saved all my records so they could send them via email to save me some money--even tho I told them I would pay for shipping!! Who does that?? My daughter got the cervical cancer vaccine there as well as the Meningitis Vaccine. They are informed of all the newest options for vaccines. I love this group of women who work there! You couldn't ask for an office that feels like family. And that is no lie, they really care about your well being. They are ANGELS! I hope you have the same experience I had if you decide to go. Then you can tell everyone you know.
Pros: Everyone WANTS to be there. And it shows. There is a lot of teamwork there.
Cons: a few offices are a little chilly, but they get you a blanket if you ask. That's about it
