My experience with GenPro Power Systems was that the entire team (including the office staff, the installers, and company owner) were extremely professional, trustworthy, efficient, cooperative, helpful, thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, and conscientious throughout the entire project. GenPro is the model of what a contractor should be. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. more

Excellent service for a whole house generator 6/10/2021

Great experience from start to finish! Their team was very professional during the entire installation of our whole house generator. Even though the temperature outside was 90+ degrees, they worked very diligently to make sure we were without power for a minimal amount of time. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in getting any kind of generator for their home! more

Even though I am writing this on Melissa's review, I am writing this to include Kelli and Donald and all the service/installation techs. All were pleasant and polite when answering any questions I may have had. From my very first call to GenPro, speaking with the girls in the office, to the completion by the installers, everyone was respectful and friendly. The office girls always seemed to be ahead of me as I received emails in response to questions I hadn't even asked as yet. I appreciate your staff's professionalism and look forward to continuing a mutually satisfying relationship going forward.. more

Generator Install 5/8/2021

Been using GenPro for years. We added a large addition on our house which caused us to need a larger unit installed. Once again, GenPro did a great job! They are very professional. We have a service agreement with them for our unit. They contact us every 6 months for maintenance, which is super convenient. We would highly recommend them!! more

Home generator 3/19/2021

Our experience with GenPro was top notch. From the beginning to end it was seem less. Everyone was fantastic. The owner , Jay was right on top of the installation . Everything was on time, clean and professional. I would recommend GenPro to anyone that asks!!! more

ON TIME, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS DURING INSTALL, CLEAN-UP JOB SITE AFTER. 2 WEEKS LATER WIFE RECOVERING AT HOME FROM SURGERY AND POWER WENT OUT. GENERAC TRIGGERED ON IN JUST SECONDS ! NEIGHBORHOOD WAS OUT FOR 24HRS+. WE WERE COMFORTABLE. EVERYONE HERE IS ON A WELL. WE WERE ABLE TO SHARE WATER WITH NEIGHBORS. SHORT OUTAGES SINCE THEN BUT WE ALWAYS HAD INSTANT POWER. AGES 67 & 70 NOW IN OUR "FOREVER HOME" . SO, IF YOU PLAN TO 'AGE-IN-PLACE' GET A GENERAC GENERATOR INSTALLED BY GENPRO ! ! MONEY WELL SPENT. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone is professional in all aspects. They are definitely customer oriented and the installation went smoothly and did an excellent neat job. Outstanding installation of our new generator! 10/26/2019

We were recommended to GenPro Power Systems by two friends - one an engineer and the other a research chemist, both very knowledgeable and particular - and found this company to be outstanding. Kelli was our first point of contact and was always on top of everything! She navigated us through the complex PECO and boro permit issues and made sure that we got the generator as soon as possible. We loved that Kelli (or Melissa) answered the phone personally (no awful phone trees) and were able to answer all of our questions. And of course the installation of our generator went without a hitch. Jay the owner was terrific and able to clearly outline the detailed costs and services of the generator and his company. Highly highly recommend this company if you want a reliable, professional and timely installation of a whole house generator!! more

Kohler Generator purchase and installation 5/2/2019

I recently purchased a new Kohler 14 RESA generator from Gen Pro Power Systems. Jay came out and reviewed the job and furnished a quote. He was professional, competitive, and his team a lot of experience doing these jobs. His company was able to do this job turnkey- they got the permits, installed the generator, did all electrical work, and all necessary connections to my propane tank. Ken, Dan, and Matt installed the system in ~5 hours....it was installed very well, no mess, no problems, tested everything to make sure it worked, and they took the time to explain the system to me. I am very happy with the work they did. I looked at several companies....both Kohler reps and Generac reps. I am very happy with the decision I made with GenPro Power Systems and I would recommend this company to anyone considering installing a whole house generator. I am ready for the next extended power outage! more

After speaking to Kelli on the phone, I waited for paperwork to sign contract with GenPro. Her expertise and consideration as she worked out the details were exemplary, and I signed and returned the contract almost immediately. She followed through on everything that she promised, a rare occurrence in business these days. Her professionalism was my introduction to the company. more

New Kohler generator installed--more great service from these guys 12/5/2018

My wife and I kept GenPro from the previous owners of our house and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. The ladies in the office are always super nice and quick to respond to calls and emails and in the field, Ken and his install crew did a fantastic job installing our new Kohler generator. It's rare that you see and feel a chemistry happening with a crew, but you can tell these guys enjoy and are really good at what they do. Install job was done pretty darn fast and so far so good. They are a vendor we'll stick with for as long as we own this house. Bravo! more
