I have been going to Mike Gelormini for many years. He is always honest, keeps you informed, and keeps your cars in top running condition. He helps you anticipate upcoming repairs, and helps you avoid unnecessary expenses and unneeded fixes. Work and customer service are top rate. I have recommended Mike to several friends and every one has been highly satisfied. more

Above and beyond 7/16/2013

Mike, the owner of Gelormini's Auto Repair, has helped me out a lot. I can only say good things about him. He has gone above and beyond to keep my car safe and on the road, and he fixes my problems usually within a day. I started going to him within the last 6 months but I can't imagine going anywhere else now with my old car. Mike treats you like family and really works for you. more

Gelormini's Auto Repair has done everything for my vehicle as I have been a customer for over 20 years. They have great diagnostics and fix the car accordingly. I have seen the turnover in staff in the 20 years I have been going there and everyone that works there is reliable, knowledgeable and works with integrity. Just an excellent shop! more

A great and honest company. 3/6/2013

We work with Gelormini's Auto Repair a lot. My husband's care has been in there a ton. We've also brought mine in a few times. Now even my niece goes there. Gelormini's Auto Repair always get us in to an appointment. They complete the work on time. They even give us a loaner when necessary. We never feel like we're being taken for a ride. They only do what needs to be done. They are honest people. more

Great Experience 3/5/2013

When I needed the first maintenance service for my new car, I called a different shop, which told me it would take three days to get me in. I called Gelormini's and Mike was able to get me in immediately. I have been going there since. Their responsiveness is amazing and their customer service is fantastic. more

Satisfied with everything he's done. 3/4/2013

I just like Mike's whole attitude and approach to the business. I've been with Mike at Gelormini's Auto Repair for several years. He anticipates things, says what to look out for, and keeps everything on his system. He doesn't push things on you. He is very honest and I can sense that. I recommend Mike because he is very talented and skilled as a mechanic. He does good work. more

Honest, fair, knowledgeable 2/27/2013

I have been going to Gelormini's Auto Repair about 15 years and they take very good care of all 3 of our Toyotas. Mike gives great advice, I can come in and say "here is the mileage and age of the car and I am having this problem with it, what do I do". He is incredibly knowledgeable and been around the industry for some time. Mike is honest and fair and tells you what to do. You don't get that personal treatment from the dealer so I keep coming back to Gelormini's. more

Never had an issue with them. 1/7/2013

I've been going to Gelormini's Auto Repair for years. I just have always been able to get an appointment with no problem, and I have never had an issue that would cause me to distrust him. One time, there was an issue after they did work, so I took my vehicle back and they corrected it immediately. They've always been fair and honest regarding what things are and what they're going to cost. more

Local, established business that serves customers right. 12/31/2012

Gelormini's Auto Repair looks after your car as if it was their own. They take pride in what they do. Their workmanship is good, and they give good analysis to keep your car running and give it a long life. Especially in this economy, people are holding on to their cars longer and longer. We're looking to do that with ours as well, as that's the service provided by Gelormini. more

I have been using Gelormini's Auto Repair for over 10 years. Another gentleman who's been in town for years recommended them to me. They are all competent mechanics, honest to a fault, and extremely customer service oriented. You can't find better or more honest mechanics anywhere. I have recommended them to other people, and I always only recommend them. I wouldn't have stayed with them for 10 years if they weren't good. more

Excellent friendly service, caring concern for our cars. 12/24/2012

We've been going to Gelormini's Auto Repair for several years - three members of my family, and four or five cars. They are reliable, and fair. When compared to dealers, in my experience they tell you you need things immediately when they could wait, but Mike tells you you need stuff in so many months. He always offers reasonable pricing. He's a good guy, and does excellent work. Once our cars leave the shop they don't have to go back in again. They only criticism I have is more hours. My daughter works outside of New Providence and she would appreciate if they had one evening or a Saturday available. more

Small town shop, world-class work. 12/21/2012

Gelormini's Auto Repair has done basically everything I've ever needed for the car from basic maintenance to full parts replacement. They explain everything every step of the way with necessary patience, regardless of the customer's knowledge of the vehicle. They take the time to explain what they're doing and what parts they're putting in. It's a great service from start to finish. more

I found Gelormini's Auto Repair when I was looking for a new mechanic about two years ago. I know several people who use Gelormini's. I've had routine maintenance done for two cars. They give me advice on what to fix now and in the near future. I only deal with Mike and Becky. They are both very knowledgeable and explain the issues clearly, and give us complete pricing. They make recommendations about what work is priority, and what to hold off on before the winter starts, etc. I like that a lot because I have a better picture of how the car is holding up. more

Been using them over 10 years, trust them with all my vehicles 4/25/2012

I was Mike Gello's kindergarten teacher so I have known him a long time. Whenever I call into his shop I can get my car in quickly and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time. I feel I am in good hands, they are very responsive and communicative. I have been using them at least 10 years and I trust them with my car and my daughter's car. more
