It can use a little face lift. For the hotel itself the lobby and decor has looked the same since I could remember. The rooms are still the same too. Nothing new and refreshing. My kids do love to come here for birhtday parties. more

Nice hotel 10/2/2006

I really like this hotel. They have a slumber-party birthday package that was a lot of fun for my daughter. The girls went swimming, watched a movie, had pizza and popcorn and a free breakfasat the next morning. Tons of fun!! more

Gorgeous Hotel 9/30/2006

I absolutely love going to the EMbassy Suites. The ponds with fish and tall trees growing inside is just gorgeous. The rooms are big and nice and very fancy. I just had a party there last night and we have a great time. I recommend staying here even if you live in the area just for a night out! =) PROS: By the water, fancy, good restaurant CONS: None! It was great! more

Breakfast too... 9/29/2006

Our family stays here when the kids want to have a large sleep over...The kids are able to swim and then we order them pizza...They love to wake up first and eat breakfast and then have it again when we wake up... more

This is a nice hotel its great. I love staying here there have a very great staff. The rooms are really great they are very clean. It even has a nice little bar/club type of thing to hang out at. more

Let's Party 9/29/2006

What a great alternative for a sleepover. My daughter had her 13th birthday here and we had a blast. You can have up to 6 guest where you are treated like a princess. We had room service, swam in the pool, and had a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms are large and we had a balcony that had an ocean view. It was wonderful more

My work holds our annual dinner here each year> The rooms are always clean and the ball room is beautiful especially all decorated Food is the good quality - no better then other htoel food. more

I love this Embassy suites it is a large hotel they have a night club that is small but fun to hang out at and have a couple of drinks. the hotel offers a full hot breakfast great hotel. more

Great for a wedding 11/10/2005

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that was held here last weekend. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and ballroom is really nice. The staff here was very helpful and accomodating and everything went very smoothly. They had a very nice cocktail hour in the hotel and the waiters were on top of everything. The outside view of the bay and San Francisco is stunning as well. more

Very professional and friendly service 10/27/2005

Stayed there for 2 nights when we're in SF. Breakfast varieties are wide. Lots of things to eat. Cooked to order breakfast. The only thing is don't stay there on a weekend, too noisy! Encountered some problem but was resolved pretty efficiently. One of the staffs, Crystal is very friendly and helpful. The Duty Manager, Ray Brown is also a great guy, very friendly & professional. Overall great experience. more
