A friend had referred Gautier's after he had some repairs done to his vehicle. Since then, they are the only body shop I will use. The first vehicle I took was an 08 Kia Rondo that my wife had backed into a tree with. They repaired the damage within a week, matching the paint perfectly. The broken tail light was replaced, and all parts matched. The second vehicle was an 03 Lancer that had been T-boned by a Lincoln Navigator. That repair took two weeks, but again, the paint on the new door and all replacement parts were a perfect match - they even removed an unbroken pane of glass from the old door to put in the new door to retain the sticker that I had put on the original window. What really impressed me was when I dropped off the car, I was going to have to walk to the rental car agency (just a couple miles down the road). Gautiers arranged to drive me so I didn't have to walk! That was totally unexpected but extremely appreciated. The third vehicle was a 2010 Town & Country with a dent in the door. Another flawless repair. For all three vehicles, they worked with my insurance (USAA), and provided timely, accurate estimates. Upon delivery, we noticed that they had not only washed the vehicle exterior, but they had cleaned the interior as well!! Excellent communication, from explanation of estimate details, description pf what I was responsible for and what I was entitled to. They almost make you wish for an accident so you can deal with them again!
