(Phat was part of the team of top notch Garneski technicians who installed the new HVAC system in my house in 2012). Phan fully answered all my questions and offered some helpful suggestions, I’ve dealt with a number of HVAC contractors and technicians during the past 30+ years, and I have to say that Garneski AC and Heating and its technicians are head and shoulders above all of the rest. Excellent customer service. I had to replace my furnace on the coldest day of the year and the coldest day in decades (6 degrees). The staff provided me many options from which to choose without applying any pressure to choose a more expensive option over a cheaper option. The techs and engineers were knowledgeable and responsive. more

The chances are that when you call your A/C repair company for service you will be visited by someone not looking or behaving quite like the one you saw in the commercial. Garneski is the exception, they are not only very professional but well trained and knowledgeable in the air conditioning and heating field. It starts by acknowledging the appointment, via an email, with a picture of the assigned technician. It is followed by ""tech is on the way"" message and a very punctual knock on the door a bit later. No more strangers or disheveled person at the door. \r My experience with Garneski has been the replacement of a carrier heat pump, and periodic maintenance to both indoor and outdoor units. I had many well known companies look at the previous heat pump problems and solutions, Garneski was the one I selected because of their technical knowledge, price, and professionalism. \r I highly remmend them and I hope you have the same experience as I did.\r more

Overall I am satisfied with the work they did to install my new unit, however the thermostat stopped working shortly after they left my house. I called to see what they would do for me to get it fixed, and they came to my house 2 days later and replaced it. more

All service from our in-home walk through and proposal to the installation was so professional. We bought a house that is 22 years old and had all original appliances. I was worried about being able to afford the new energy efficient upgrades that are necessary to have today. No one ever made us feel uncomfortable and they were so quick to answer questions. I received 3 proposals and Garneski was not the cheapest but they made the best overall impression and that was what was important to me. PS. The unit is phenomenal! I love it! more
